Steffi and Bernd (owners of Nanouk) made it possible for us to have a wonderful holiday in Niegripp. Thank you very much for the great time we were allowed to spend with you. Together with our 10 huskies we were able to spend 4 wonderful days in Niegripp am See. For our senior group (Dakota-13 years and Baya-12 years) it was the first vacation. It was hard to believe, but they really “blossomed” and were just “on the move” for most of the day. Again and again new corners and bushes were explored. Due to the constant uphill and downhill, our Baya probably had "muscle soreness" on the 2nd day!? Our Bagira is a little swimmer, which we had to call back several times. The jetty was always in great demand and our dogs took it in anticipation of fresh fish. On the second day, Angel and Onik had shown their courage and ran over the "bridge" to the jetty. We spent the holidays very intensively with our dogs and also enjoyed them very much. The peace and balance are also reflected in the holiday pictures that were taken. Now that they are back home, they are completely exhausted and are taking a vacation from our vacation.

The fence panels have finally been delivered and my husband has spent his 3rd day of vacation completing the kennel. Luckily the weather cooperated - not too warm and no rain. Just great for the final sprint.
Now only the welder is missing, who still has to attach the kennel door.
We are ready – for the next heat of our bitches!

The first conversion work has begun for our mixed pack. This work is strictly monitored and closely followed by our dogs. At the end of the previous dog run, a new kennel is being built for our males.
The construction work continues - without rest and rest. Men's day was also busy working on our new male kennel.
At the end of May our males will move.

Due to the weather conditions we skipped the training race in Colbitz. But since everyone had kept these days free, everything was spontaneously reorganized. The meeting point was now the sports field in Gehrden. Our dear husky friends and of course our daughter Jessica, who did not miss this event, were there. Everyone involved made this Easter Saturday a wonderful and unforgettable day.

Finally it was time again and we were allowed to pack our things (for our last race for the time being). This time we also took our 5 month old puppies with us. The “dry runs” at home went really well. Our puppies had no problems with the whole process and the night's rest. Onik and Nury were again in the lead. This is now working quite well. The well-known problems have remained with us. So it was a great training run and once again a wonderful weekend with like-minded people ... . - who are all infected with the husky virus and love their animals more than anything.

At the start were Onik, Nury, Pearly, Angel and Anuk. For Onik it was the 1st race. Onik and Nury run in the lead. Anuk and Angel in the Wheel. Everything went great on the first day. The weather was great and so was the trail (better than Pullman City). Unfortunately, do we still have "initial problems?" to fight. Our "older guard" just can't do their "business" at the stakeout. With Angel and Anuk, who are now allowed to grow in here, everything is going great. Onik, Nury and Pearly have enormous difficulties - to use the berth and feeding place at the same time for their needs.
